1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Homira mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions (the “Service Provider”).

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

The Application allows users to upload an image or take a photo of interior spaces, exterior home areas, furniture, decorations, rooms, gardens, patios, event spaces, and other environments and transform them using AI-powered design, visualization, and image editing technology.

You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Optional Personal Information

The Application does not automatically collect personal information.

You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as an email address) only when contacting support.

This information is used solely to respond to your support request and is not stored or reused for any other purpose.

4. Image Data

You may submit photos of interior spaces, exterior areas, furniture, decorations, event setups, and similar environments for AI-generated design and visualization.

Images are:

• Processed in real time
• Used only to generate the requested designs, visualizations, or edits
• Deleted immediately after processing

Images are never sold, shared, or stored permanently, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect images during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Homira may suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.

Homira is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

The Application's AI-generated designs, visualizations, furniture placements, decoration concepts, and image edits are provided for visual, creative, and inspirational purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy, feasibility, realism, safety, construction suitability, or professional design compliance.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions, purchases, renovations, installations, or modifications made based on the generated content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

10. Changes to Terms

Homira may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
