This Privacy Policy applies to the Homiramobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions(the "Service Provider").

The Application allows users to upload an image or take a photo of interior spaces, exterior home areas, furniture, decorations, rooms, gardens, patios, event spaces, and other environments, and edit or visualize them using AI-based image generation and editing technology. The Application is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

The Application does not collect, request, or require any personal information. No registration, email, name, location, or identifiers are collected.

Images

You may submit:

• Photos of interior spaces, exterior home areas, rooms, furniture, decorations, gardens, patios, event venues, birthday party setups, and similar environments taken within the Application or uploaded from your device.

No other data is collected or required.

How Your Data Is Used

Real-time Processing

Images are processed in real time solely to generate AI-based visual edits, redesigns, furniture placement visualizations, interior and exterior design concepts, home decoration suggestions, event decoration previews, and related outputs.

No Storage

Neither the Application nor external APIs store your images permanently.

APIs Used

AI Image Editing and Generation API: Temporarily processes images to generate edited, redesigned, or enhanced versions. Images are deleted immediately after processing.

No Further Use

Your images are never sold, reused, analyzed for profiling, or shared for any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use trusted third-party AI services for image editing and generation. These services:

• Only process images temporarily to provide the requested output
• Do not retain, log, or store images after processing
• Do not collect any personal or device information
• Are bound by strict confidentiality obligations

Data Sharing

Homira does not share images or data with third parties except:

• When required by law (e.g., court order or legal investigation)
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider or users
• With trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

Data Retention

No images or data are stored permanently.

All images are deleted immediately after the AI processing or editing process is completed.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 9 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you believe your child has submitted data, contact us at genioweb.es@gmail.com for immediate deletion.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect images during transmission and processing, including secure and encrypted communication. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. This immediately terminates all image processing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continuing to use the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
